At Karmir Resort & Spa, the Citrine Restaurant offers rich open buffet options from Turkish and international cuisines, while our Amethyst a la carte restaurant promises pleasant evenings indulging in the Italian cuisine. Our Rubi a la carte restaurant focuses on traditional, local flavours serving our guests for lunch in its tent atmosphere. In addition, our Sapphire Patisserie with sweet and savoury delicacies and its special Diet Buffet offers a variety of indulgent and light snack options throughout the afternoon.

Citrine Restaurant

The restaurant serves as the main restaurant of Karmir Resort & Spa with its terrace and indoor seating area, where distinguished and exquisite samples of Turkish and international cuisines await you at the open buffet.

Amethyst A la Carte Restoran

Amethyst A la Carte Restaurant, where exclusive and delicious flavours from Italian cuisine are served, offers its guests the opportunity to spend a pleasant evening with its special interior design suitable for the concept.

The restaurant is available between 19.00-21.00 and requires reservation, subject to additional fee.

Rubi A la Carte Restoran

You can taste the prepared food varieties in the tent, which is designed for you to enjoy traditional flavours on holiday. In Rubi A la Carte Restaurant with its special interior design in accordance with the concept and a menu consisting of rich examples of Ottoman and Turkish cuisine; flavours such as pancakes, pita bread and water pastry are also waiting for you.

It serves between 12.00-16.00.

Sapphire Patisserie

Sapphire Patisserie, located in the lobby area, serves between 14.00-17.00 with rich cake and cookie varieties, hot and cold soft drinks.

Karmir Mini Buffet

You can get alternatives such as fruit puree, vegetable puree, milk, boiling water from the baby buffet so that your little guests can continue their healthy nutrition on holiday. There are baby high chairs in the restaurants to make all meals more comfortable and enjoyable for the little guests.

Diet Buffet

There is a special corner during main meal times at Citrine Restaurant.

Bars

Karmir Resort & Spa’s bars with distinctive atmospheres are indispensable parts of a wonderful holiday. Pearl Beach Bar offers light drinks and snacks on the beach, while Quartz Snack Bar serves guests with lunch options by the pool. Diamond Bar offers beverage service throughout the day, while Aquamarine Bar offers a relaxing atmosphere with a rich selection of drinks by the pool. Alcoholic beverages are not served in our bars under the age of 18, and alcoholic beverages with extra charge are outside the hotel’s concept.

Warnings

Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are served by the glass in all restaurants and bars.

A la carte restaurants are subject to reservation and serve 6 days a week with a cover charge.

All alcoholic imported drinks except for the hotel’s beverage concept are offered for a fee.

Guests under 18 years of age are not served alcoholic beverages.

The minibar is filled on arrival day, water is added on the following days.
